Pat French, marketing director/broker
A nationally acknowledged leader in luxury real estate and President of French & French Sotheby's International Realty, which she co-founded 20 years ago with Michael French. A graduate of Northwestern University and an attendee of UCLA and Bank Street College of Education graduate schools. Pat is a member of the NM Women's Forum and is a Trustee of the College of Santa Fe. She is in charge of the company's marketing and public relations.

Michael French, president/qualifying broker
Born and raised in Los Angeles, a graduate of Stanford (B.A. in English) and Northwestern (M.S. in Journalism). Started French & French Sotheby's International Realty with Pat French in 1981 after a business career in New York City. Besides being active in community service, Micheal is a published, award-winning novelist. He enjoys travel to exotic destinations and is an avid mountain climber.

Alan Ball, managing broker
Born and raised in the midwest, along the Platte River, Alan moved to Santa Fe 20 years ago. His career has spanned banking, title insurance and real estate development and sales. Alan is a board member of both the state and local Realtor's associations. At French & French Sotheby's International Realty his duties encompass running the New Agent Division, supervising agents at the Real Estate Store, and overseeing and implementing company policies.

Liz Cale, managing broker
Born and raised in Santa Fe, Liz is a fourth generation Santa Fean. She joined French & French Sotheby's International Realty in 1988 as an office manager, but then launched a full time sales career, becoming one of the company's top producers. With over 25 years of real estate experience as an associate sales broker as well as closing officer with a major title company, she has recently joined French & French Sotheby's International Realty management as the Managing Broker at the headquarters office at 231 Washington Avenue.

Richard Jay, managing broker
A life long resident of New Mexico raised on a cattle and horse ranch, Richard attended the University of New Mexico and served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. He became a real estate broker in 1972. He is also an accomplished pilot and uses his Cessna 185 in real estate viewings.
